About Email encryption
When you have received a HTML email as follows from our company's email addresses, that means encrypted email by our email encryption system had been sent out from AIG Group.
DECRYPTION is necessary to view the contents of email such as the message and the attached file since those are not be displayed, yet.
View the encrypted email
1.The recipient will receive the following email andwill need to click on “Read the message.”
2.Your web browser starts, and then the window below is displayed.
Click on “Sign in using one-time passcode.”
3．You will receive a new email with a one-time code (one-time passcode).
4．Enter the one-time passcode and click “Continue”.
The operation is now complete and the decrypted mail item will appear on the web browser (Outlook.office365.com ).
Recipients also have the option to Reply, Reply to All, Forward, or Print.
